Okana’s learning pathways are suitable for both beginners and professionals in the AEC industry who want to deepen their expertise in specific areas such as safety, sustainability, BIM applications, and related software.
You can get started without prior knowledge. Anyone can enrol regardless of their experience or expertise.
You can complete the BIM learning pathways without accessing the ISO 19650 standards. We have done all the hard work and aligned and extracted all the key information and guidance from the standards.

No, once a learning pathway is purchased, it cannot be switched to a different one. Please choose carefully when selecting your learning pathways.
All learning paths are self led. However, you can request instructor led learning by filling out the bespoke training request from here.

Yes, all the learning paths are self-paced and divided into bite-size sections to facilitate integration around your busy schedule.
The modules take 5 – 20 minutes to complete. All our pathways and masterclasses have different durations, so check each estimated time displayed on each pathway.
Yes, we have quizzes embedded at the end of each module to assess and reinforce your learning.
We update our content promptly when standards, legislation, and regulations change. We always notify our learners of updates.
For the best user experience, we recommend accessing the content from a PC or laptop. However, you can also view the content on a mobile device.
You will have access to the pathway for one year from the day of subscription or purchase.

To successfully access and complete the courses, you will need a stable internet connection, a PC or mobile device/tablet with good audio visual capabilities, and the latest version of a web browser.

A mobile app is in our future roadmap and will be available in 2025. You can currently view the content using your mobile device internet browser.
OCN London has accredited our BIM pathways, and each has micro-credentials. Currently, these are only available to higher education. Please submit your request by filling out the form here.
We currently do not offer free trials. Each pathway has sample content which you can view before purchasing.
You will receive a certificate for every learning path and pathway you complete.
No fee is charged for your certificate.

Yes, we encourage you to share your completed learning paths and pathways on LinkedIn or any other social media platforms you prefer.
To create your account, please sign up at https://training.okana.global To update your account information, simply sign in and make changes to your dashboard.
You will receive your Flixo licence via email. It can take up to 2 days to process after payment. If you have not received the licence after 2 days, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at https://training@okana.global

You can cancel your subscription at any time under ‘My Account.’ However, you will still have access to the content for the duration of your subscription.
No, you cannot transfer your masterclass or subscription to someone else.
No, it is not mandatory to purchase a Flixo licence along with the Flixo learning path.
You will have 12 months of access to Flixo Energy software. Depending on the licence purchased (Singleplace or Floating), it will depend on how many devices you can use it on.

A team licence lets you set up a team account with multiple users.
